The Foundation is committed to protecting children and vulnerable people from abuse, exploitation, neglect, harassment and avoidable harm.

2. Safeguarding principles

  • The best interests, dignity and safety of the person come first.
  • Concerns should be taken seriously and handled without retaliation.
  • Information should be shared only with people who need it for protection.
  • Photography and storytelling should be consent-led and respectful.

3. Expected conduct

Staff, volunteers, partners and visitors are expected to maintain appropriate boundaries and report concerns promptly.

Do not use this form when someone is in immediate danger.

5. How concerns are handled

Reports should be acknowledged, assessed and routed to an appropriate responsible person.
